ISCA Forwarding is a successful, independent, international freight forwarding company, established in 1981, servicing both the business and personal effects markets.

Air Freight Import & Export
At ISCA we offer a comprehensive range of airfreight services to and from most countries in the world.
We can advise on shipment methods, arrange flight bookings, documentation and customs formalities as well as collection and delivery.
Some of the options we can offer are:
Daily Direct Departures. Daily flights into and out of the UK on the major airlines.
Cheaper Consolidation services. Once / twice weekly flights at competitive rates to all major destinations.
Door to Airport services. Collection from your premises through to all major airports of world.
Door to Door services. Collection from your premises and delivery to your customer's warehouse at your exact destination. This includes customs clearance, documentation and formalities.
Collection and Delivery service. Collections from any UK address and deliveries to most part of the world.
Packing. A comprehensive packing service ensuring your cargo is packed suitably for its journey.
Full documentation services. Arranging all UK customs formalities, certificates of origin, letters of credit and any particular shipment documentation as required.
Customs clearance. At ISCA we have a direct link to HM Customs in the UK which enables us to arrange efficient customs clearance, ensuring your cargo is processed as quickly as possible.
Insurance. Comprehensive Insurance cover available at very competitive rates.

Export Sea Freight
Sea freight is a good option for large, less urgent items of freight.
At ISCA Forwarding, we have developed strong links with the major shipping lines and consolidators enabling us to offer very competitive rates and services world wide:
These services include:
Full Container Load (FCL). We can arrange 20’ 40’ or 40’ HC (High Cube extra height) to be delivered to your premises for loading and shipped to the destination port required.
Less than Container Load (LCL). We offer LCL services to all major destinations in the world, ensuring we only use reliable carriers and consolidators.
Special Equipment. We can provide open top containers, flat racks or high cubes. (Please see our News & Useful Information section where you can download a pdf with container types and sizes).
Conventional service. We can organise your shipments of bulky, outsize and project loads to suit your requirements.
Ro-Ro services. We can arrange all roll on/roll off cargo, eg. cars, trucks, lorries etc to most major destinations.
Collection and Delivery services. We can arrange to have your cargo collected from your premises and delivered to the relevant port or to the consolidator.
Warehousing (container loading). If you don’t have the facilities to load containers, then we will arrange to collect the shipment and load the container with your cargo at our premises.
Packing. At ISCA we offer a full packing service using only treated timber and designing the cases or crates to suit cargo type, destination and method of transport.
Full Documentation service. We will arrange all export customs formalities, consular documentation, bills of lading, standard shipping notes and certificates of origin etc. We will provide Letters of Credit assistance and completion of all required documents, including full banking service.
Marine Insurance. Comprehensive Insurance cover available at very competitive rates.

Import Sea Freight
At ISCA we have built, and work closely with, an extensive network of agents around the world.
Full Container Load (FCL). We can arrange 20' 40' or 40'HC (High Cube extra height) to be loaded at your supplier's warehouse, shipped to the United Kingdom and delivered to your warehouse for unloading.
Less than Container Loads (LCL). We can arrange for shipments of LCL cargo from most major ports in the world using our network of agents. We will arrange customs clearance, devanning, collection from the container depots and delivery to your premises.
Special Equipment. We can provide High Cubes, Flat Racks and Open top containers. (Please see our News & Useful Information section where you can download a pdf with container types and sizes)
Ro–Ro services. We can arrange for roll on/roll off transport from most major ports around the world back to the UK.
Brokerage. We are able to process customs clearances quickly utilising our direct computer link to HM Customs and Excise in the UK.
Palletisation. If your cargo is supplied in cartons and you need it on pallets for ease of handling, we can arrange to have it palletised at the point of origin, or we can palletise it at our warehouse before delivering it to your premises.
Full Import Advice service. We can advise you on the best method of shipment for your order, ensuring that you are aware of any regulations, quotas, duty rates and documentation that will be required to import your shipment into the UK. With our strong working relationships with our agents, we will ensure that all the documentation for your consignment is fully prepared quickly to ensure a quick customs clearance with no expensive hold ups at the docks or container depots.

Courier Service
This can be an ideal service for time sensitive documents and parcels.
Online 'track and trace' facility. We can provide you with the consignment number of your shipment enabling you to track your consignment’s journey on-line right through to its destination.
At ISCA we can provide.
Preferential Rates with the major service providers. Due to the volume we put through these major service providers, we are able to obtain very competitive rates that allow us to pass these on to our customers.
Express and Economy Options. You can choose how quickly your item needs to get to its destination, ensuring that you pay for the type of service suitable for your consignment.
Road Freight Import & Export
Road freight is often the most cost effective method of transport for Europe.
We can arrange collections not only from UK premises, but also from most locations in Europe, and will plan the shipment of the consignment across Europe to its destination.
Options include:
Full Loads. Full load trailers door to door.
Part Loads. Part load groupage from your door to either a customs point or delivered to door at the destination.

Export Packing & Warehousing
Our highly skilled team design and manufacture protective cases, crates and pallets to suit all export requirements.
We are expert in packing everything from delicate works of art to large industrial machinery.
Options include:
Treated timber. All the timber and wood products used are treated and suitable for export to anywhere in the world.
Cases, crates and pallets. Each case or crate is designed specifically for the cargo and method of transport.
Shrink wrapping. All cargo packed onto pallets will be shrink- wrapped and banded to ensure it is secure and protected.
Waterproof lining. All our cases are waterproof lined to protect the cargo they are carrying.
Foam moulding. Foam and foam moulding is used to ensure any knocks and bumps do not damage the cargo.
Loading and unloading containers. If you do not have the facilities to load or unload containers, we can arrange to load or unload your cargo at our warehouse and deliver it to your premises on the appropriate vehicle.

Customs Clearance
We provide a comprehensive customs clearance and import advice service for shipments arriving in the United Kingdom.
We have our own direct link to HM Customs & Excise in the UK for customs clearance, enabling us to clear cargo quickly and effectively.
We have many years of experience in clearing all sorts of cargo and will happily offer advice on importing, duty rates, customs clearance and import quotas to ensure that you have a clear picture of what’s expected before you import.
Once your cargo has been cleared we can arrange delivery to any address in the United Kingdom.

Documentation
Our documentation service is offered at very competitive rates that allow our clients to concentrate on their business while we take care of all the documentation requirements.
The amount of documentation associated with international freight can be daunting, and incorrect or delayed documentation can prove very costly.
Letters of Credit (documentation completion and negotiation). We will advise on setting up Letters of Credit, complete all the documentation required and arrange to bank the Letter of Credit thus ensuring that the money is paid into your account as quickly as possible.
Bills of Lading. We will advise and provide the most appropriate type of Bill of Lading depending on your requirements.
Certificates of Origin. We will advise and arrange completion, certification and legalisation appropriate for your requirements.
Customs documentation. We will arrange New Export System (NES) clearances for all exports out of the UK to destinations outside of the EU. These are completed according to your individual requirements eg. IPR (Inward Processing Relief) and OPR (Outward Processing Relief).
